• All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted.
• Tickets are transferable but must be updated with organizer approval.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend the event.
• Attendees are expected to maintain decorum and respect other participants.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for inappropriate behavior.
• Photography and video recordings may be taken during the event for promotional use.
• The event schedule and content are subject to change without prior notice.
• The organizers are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the event.
• By attending the event, you agree to abide by the rules and guidelines set by the organizers.

Event Nature

• "Oru Tea Sapdalama?" is a curated storytelling experience. The organizers reserve the right to modify the event format, timing, venue, or lineup, with prior notice if possible.

Ticket Purchase

• Tickets can be purchased only via our official channels using Razorpay’s secure payment gateway.
• Ticket confirmation will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp after successful payment.

Entry Policy

• Please carry a digital or printed copy of the ticket along with a valid ID proof.
• Entry to the event is subject to verification. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry under circumstances like misbehavior or intoxication.

Transferability

• Tickets are non-transferable unless prior approval is obtained from the organizers.

Recording & Photography

• By attending, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording of the event. The organizers may use such material for promotional purposes.

Liability

• The organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damages sustained at the venue.

Changes & Cancellations

• The organizers reserve the right to change or cancel the event under unforeseen circumstances. Refund policies will apply as mentioned below.
