Eligibility for Returns
  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Used or damaged merchandise (unless received in that condition).

  • Customised or personalised items.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

Return Process
  1. Email customercare@oruteasapdalama.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • In case of defective or wrong items, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Exchanges
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternate product.
